Hangzhou Design Institute of Engineering Architecture
in Light Industry whose old name is Engineering
Design Office of Hangzhou Research & Design
Institute of Mechanism in Light Industry came
into existence in 1984 and was certificated letter
of ratification [No. 309 card] of reconnaissance
and design according to No. 75[1985] document
of Zhejiang Provincial Planned Economy Committee.
It was authorized instead Hangzhou engineering
design office in light industry by National Light
Industry Ministry in 1987 [No. 437 card] and applied
for the competence certificate of engineering
design to National Construction Ministry. Its
first trade servicing for is light industry and
second is architecture. Its competence class is
second and certificate number is 1210062. Second-class
aptitude certificate of charging in overall project
issued by China General Association of Light Industry
in 1993, second-class aptitude certificate of
engineering supervisal and management issued by
China General Association of Light Industry in
1995 and second-class aptitude certificate of
engineering consultation issued by National Planed
Economy Committee on Dec. 1995, are gained. Approved
by National Light Industry Bureau, it applied
to National Construction Ministry to be renamed
Hangzhou Design Institute of Engineering Architecture
in Light Industry.
We have 2 first-band registered architecture
engineers, 4 first-band registered structure engineers,
several second-band registered architecture engineers,
over 30 technique cadremen of architecture, structure,
and supply of water, electron and warm air and
above 50 dominate design engineers of techniques
and specialty. No.1 engineering design room, No.2
engineering design room and architecture design
room were set up. In order to guarantee design
quality, the ISO9001-2000 quality guarantee system
that focused on project management and is based
on specialty management has been formed.
